Contract manufacturing is the production of goods, typically under the customer’s private label (PL).

As part of its contract manufacturing services, MiraxBioPharma produces medicinal products, dietary supplements (DS), and cosmetics on behalf of clients. We are ready to handle all required stages — from formulation development to regulatory documentation for entering both Russian and international markets. We work with both customer-supplied and in-house raw materials.

We manufacture the following products under contract:

• medicinal products (tablets, hard-filled and liquid-filled capsules, sachets);
• dietary supplements (tablets, hard-filled and liquid-filled capsules, sachets, vials, and bottles);
• cosmetic products (creams, gels, emulsions, ointments, solutions).

Yes. We are ready to discuss target properties, technologies, and packaging in detail, as well as assist with product positioning.

Medicinal products. To begin manufacturing and selling medicinal products, state registration is required. This process includes development, preclinical and clinical studies. Typically, it takes several years and may involve costs amounting to tens of millions of rubles. We are ready to handle the development, research, full-scale production, and quality control of medicinal products at any stage of their creation.

Dietary supplements (DS). To begin manufacturing and selling dietary supplements, state registration is also required. It includes the production of a pilot batch and its expert evaluation. The cost of registration ranges from 150,000 to 300,000 RUB, depending on the composition. The registration process takes approximately 3 months. We are ready to take care of the development, registration, and full-scale production of dietary supplements at any stage of their creation.

Cosmetic products. Some types of cosmetics (such as antiseptics, toothpastes, mouthwashes, and other products that come into contact with internal body environments) require state registration. However, in most cases, registration is not required.

Yes, we provide full documentation support for production, including the development of regulatory documentation and product registration.

We use modern equipment for:

• dry-fill encapsulation;
• liquid-fill encapsulation into hard capsules;
• tableting;
• tablet coating;
• sachet packaging;
• liquid filling;
• secondary packaging into blisters, jars, cartons, and vials.

We comply with Russian and international standards: GMP, GCP, GLP, ISO. Our production facility is certified for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and GOST R ISO 22000-2019 (quality management system based on HACCP principles).

In addition, the high quality of our products is supported by collaboration with trusted suppliers and the use of high-grade raw materials and components throughout the entire manufacturing process.

We are ready to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with each client. If the contract includes any development work, all results will remain the property of the client.

To conclude a contract with our company, you will need to provide registration documents, documents confirming the authority of the signatory, and banking/payment details.

We work with clients from Russia and CIS countries, and also support product entry into international markets.

Each batch of products is accompanied by a certificate of analysis confirming its quality and compliance with regulatory documentation.

The minimum order quantity is 500 units.

Yes, we offer the option to order a trial batch for testing.

Yes, we provide product samples for evaluation.

Production and delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the project and the order volume. On average, they take about 2 months from the date of receiving the approved production request.

Brand launch from scratch is possible within as little as 10 days.

We work on a full or partial prepayment basis. For large orders, we are open to considering deferred payment options.
