Ingredients: magnesium citrate, potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose (E460, carrier), magnesium stearate (anticaking agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)

Indications for use:

  • Increased physical and mental stress
  • Stressful conditions
  • During pregnancy
  • Use of diuretics
  • Diagnosed magnesium deficiency, whether isolated or associated with other deficiency states, accompanied by symptoms such as increased irritability, mild sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal cramps, rapid heartbeat, fatigue, muscle pain and cramps, or muscle tingling
  • Supports the regulation of nerve impulse transmission and muscle contraction
